I slipped onto FB earlier, because I didn't think about it. It took 15 minutes for me to get to the point where I was angry at it again.

I will start to post about something that isn't FB soon, I promise.

I find myself reaching instinctively for the reactions. But, I always feel like I short change friends when I use them and don't comment. Clearly lazy behaviour I need to unlearn. It's good to think these things through.
